How long will my house take to clean?

You are in control and can select the number of hours that suits your needs. We can make recommendations on the size of your home, however every family is different, some are out most of the day, others have a tribe of toddlers or teenagers, or maybe you simply feel that you deserve a break after a lifetime of cleaning! Call us to discuss your needs and we can help you work out just the right solution, whether you are tired, busy or just over it, we are here to help.

What are the minimum hours?

To offer you a great cleaning solution we require a minimum of 2 hours per week or 3 hours per fortnight.

What your cleaner needs to know?

All our staff are professional and highly trained cleaners. But we also understand you may want to direct your cleaner in specific tasks. We are here to make your life easy and ready to listen to what you want. Communication is the best way to ensure you have a lasting relationship with your cleaner.

What if I am not always home?

Many of our clients work or just want to stay away while we work. That’s fine, you can let us in and then escape or a key may be issued to our company which will be accessed only on the particular day and time of cleaning. We are often required to use alarm codes to access properties.

We are experts at respecting your keys and not triggering off alarm codes while you are at work! And remember all our staff are police checked and come with trusted references.

How is payment made?

We request cash payment, which can be arrange with the cleaner. We request that payment is made at the time of service otherwise you will need to rebook your service. Receipts are available on request, please advise on commencement of cleaning.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We are here to accommodate your needs. You must advise within 2 days of your booking to allow our staff to make alternative arrangements. If this does not occur you will be required to pay the full amount.
